Vincent serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Caloosa Trains And Hobbies, Inc. He is responsible for providing the vision and strategic direction of the company, maintaining, and reinforcing the corporate culture, overseeing management of the various phases, relationships and aligning business, financial, service and operations initiatives with company goals.

Since founding Caloosa Trains And Hobbies in 2020, Vincent has led the company in ensuring the foundation of the company is on-schedule. He has done so while working collaboratively to build lasting relationships with TEAM Members, Contractors, and the Community. Vincent has assembled a world-class TEAM of professionals to guide the company through to reality, bringing investors, visitors and partners a “Hobby Store Experience” they can be proud of. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Caloosa Trains And Hobbies, Inc., South Florida’s largest hobby store, Vincent serves as a CEO/President of Memorial Park Sports And Convention Center Complex, Inc. and Tailgator Games, Inc. and serves on the board of directors of Withoutdoors, LLC. Vincent began his career as a US Army Soldier more than 39 years ago, which hardened the foundation for his hands on team approach. Vincent has held corporate positions with IBM Federal Systems, Loral Federal Systems, Suzuki Motor Corporation and CPI Technologies. On May 17th 2012, Vincent was officially recognized and inducted as Ambassador in the Blues Hall of Fame. Vincent’s vast, hands on experience leading teams is natural for him as he guides Caloosa Trains And Hobbies, Inc. to a successful realization.

Vincent’s has a knack for turning the impossible to possible. Vincent’s friend and business partner, Jay R. LaGace (June 28, 1966 – January 3, 2022), passed away suddenly – Vincent and Jay, during their time as friends and business partners, conquered many obstacles together – their community outreach and charitable work set them on a path. “Vincent, in 2011 experienced a personal tragedy which renewed his passions for helping others, to give back, to leave it better then he found it” – these passions were shared by Jay.

Vincent resides in Southwest Florida with his wife Gina. Gina is a retired Lee County Deputy Sheriff (25 Years). Together they raised two boys.
